With an ear to the ground and an eye to the future, the City of Jonesboro is launching crowdsourcing efforts to help guide the upcoming revision of the city’s comprehensive plan. The priorities identified by the community in its initial stage will be the foundation of the Comprehensive Plan update and guide the City’s priorities going into the future. Called, “Jonesboro Forward,” the updated comprehensive plan is intended to provide fresh guidance to the city on the best ways to use and develop land, improve infrastructure, and boost economic opportunities. The plan is set for completion within the 4th quarter of this year.
